Offer a variation on the classic this summer or bring this cocktail to the winter menu when citrus and rosemary are at their best.  Either way, it’s a great drink.

Ingredients

1.5 ounces gin
large ice cubes
4 ounces chilled tonic water
clementine, mandarin, or tangerine slices
1 sprig fresh rosemary

Add the gin to an old-fashioned glass (6.5oz)  Add enough ice cubes to fill the glass and then fill with tonic water. Garnish with two slices of citrus, a sprig of rosemary and serve.
